For most people, tracking food intake isn't enough. Â Most people have a skewed sense of how many calories they are actually consuming. Â But, is it really necessary for all of us to be tracking calories? Â
Also, before I get into the topic, I wanted to announce a free program that I have released called Evolved Athletix Prime V1.0. Â
