Labour Story. Giving birth without pain relief - Part 1

21/3 2019 our baby girl arrived and in this episode (part 1 out of 3) we share our labour story with you! As Lily's arrival was a traumatic journey filled of intense fear and unexpected events this our way to process what really happened that first week.

In Today's 1st part we share how Susanna with the help of breath, sound and positive affirmations (hypnobirthing) went through labour without pain relief and how we as a team worked through every single contraction. A beautiful and orgasmic labour that was everything we both could have wished for. Our hope is that this episode can inspire others who may feel fear of giving birth to trust their bodies and find pleasure in the experience.
