Carola's incredibly varied and inspirational career has spanned from publishing to e-commerce roles, and taken her across the world from London to Hong Kong and back.

This year's theme for International Women's Day is Equality versus Equity. In this episode, we discuss why we need Equity in the workplace, and why Equality is no longer enough. We consider how equity is for everyone, not just for women, and how the message of International Women’s Day looks to provide women with the opportunities to provide overall good, for everyone.
