The first musical feature in my song that I would like to note is that the harmonies in the chorus are very country and reminiscent of the Dixie Chicks so I’m told. Adding on to the country/folk vibes, the mandolin and violin complimenting each other in the beginning and throughout the instrumental breaks are also very reminiscent of early country, folk, bluegrass, etc. One of my favorite musical features in this song is the build up to the last chorus.
