Jesse Schell, CEO of Schell Games and a professor at Carnegie Mellon University’s Entertainment Technology Center joins us on the show today. Schell Games is a full-service game design and development company headquartered in Pittsburg. Schell Games is one of the largest independent game studios in the US, with clients that include Disney, The Fred Rogers Company, Oculus, Seaworld Entertainment, PBS Kids, and more. Jesse talks about their latest VR game called “I Expect you to Die” that recently hit over $1M in revenue. He also talks about the future of multiplayer VR, and gives us a glimpse into what we can expect to experience in 5 years.
