Coach Prep - Training players to understand their capabilities

In this weeks episode we continue the discussion from last week of coaches getting frustrated when players just don't get what the coach is trying to teach them. Sometimes we don't realize what the players don't know. Last week we talked about outfielders not understanding that they shouldn't make a throw when they have no chance of making a play on the runner. In this case we have to have some drills that gives them a measuring stick of what their capabilities are.
