Eternal Perspective

Lisa Davis shares her journey of faith through immense challenges. Growing up in a Christian home, she felt called to ministry and married a pastor. Their third son, David, was born with a rare brain condition, living for 12 years without developing beyond infancy. Later, her husband's infidelity led to his resignation, and they moved to recover. After his suicide in 2009, Lisa found strength in God’s grace. She remarried, experienced another tragic loss, and returned to ministry at Shades Mountain Baptist Church. Through her story of loss and redemption, Lisa emphasizes forgiveness, resilience, the sufficiency of God’s grace, and the importance of having an eternal perspective.
