Episode description

Jensine and her husband have three kids close in age, 2, 4 and 6 years old. Jen is a pediatric sleep consultant in Boston and her husband works in transportation logistics. Their oldest son has ARFID, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder, which has required lots of different techniques to manage. Jen shares their family's daily routine, which culminates in a bedtime routine that she spent a lot of intentionality building to give her the peace (and sleep!) she needs in her evenings. To hear more from this entrepreneurial mom, find her at Baby O and I or on Instagram.
