25: Jey coparents two girls (2&5yo) with his ex-wife

Jey and his ex-wife share 50/50 custody of their daughters, one week on and one week off. Jey works in the mental health field and enjoys many creative pursuits, including a podcast of his own, the Young Dad Podcast. Jey wakes up before his daughters in the mornings, then helps them get ready for school and daycare. In this episode, he shares reflections on adjusting after a divorce.
