Laura and her husband both work, and have three kids in school. Laura works from home and spends her afternoons co-managing her work and the sibling (and sometime neighbor kids) chaos. Laura talks about how she and her husband are motivated to parent in ways that differ from their own upbringing, and how they talk to their kids about the different values and beliefs they encounter among friends and neighbors.
