10: Allysa, Andrew & Parker (4yrs) welcome baby Ty (6 weeks)

Allysa and Andrew have just welcomed baby Ty (6 weeks) into the family. Ty joins big brother Parker (4 years), who goes to preschool, soccer, and ice skating during the week. Andrew took an entrepreneurial leap to open a barbershop between the two boys and talks about the pros and cons of being a business owner and a parent. Allysa is on maternity leave, and Parker and Ty will both be going to her mom's house for in-home daycare when she returns to work.
