What kind of wise adults might we all become with the ability to trust... and pause? What wisdom might we embody... or embody even more fully if we choose to trust the process of life moving though our experiences? Pause here and explore. Experiment with me through this guided meditation. You will receive cues such as: soften, relax, and let be. Together, we will discover what these words mean for each of us. How might we all live our lives while continually deepening our conscious awareness of presence?
