29. The Witch Is The Heroine With Donna Fields (Healing Conversation)

Donna Fields wrote her dissertation on fairy tales! She discovered that, in stories as in life, the witch is heroine because she is the character that pushes us forward to find our own true strength and power. Raised by a narcissistic and emotionally abusive mother, Donna moved from her home state of New York and became a teacher in New Mexico. She currently lives in Spain and has lived there for 20 years. Donna is a highly skilled and talented educator who supports and creates playful ways of approaching education. Her personal philosophy is that we use the challenges of our past to consciously open to joy in our present.

~ Know what you need, and respect your own wishes.

~ Strength is about listening to internal cues and responding to them.

~ Shift to a perspective of peace and calm, then watch the rest of your life change as well.

~ Breathwork is key to changing the nervous system.
