Episode description

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asch_conformity_experiments Where are you or your players conforming ? Do you even realize it ?

57 – Asch Conformity Experiments are used to study how people yield or defy a majority group. 2 cards: A and B. Which line matched on both cards? If two people in a room could discuss their answers (one an actor) normally one doesn’t change their answers, but two actors would change etc. We confide into our social norms, don’t want to be different even if we know they are wrong. We are scared to be different/try new things because we are scared of what people think. Where are we conforming in the community, where could we be growing? What can we be doing less of?
