Their films affect many people and yet there is no control over who they are and what are their true intentions. Schoolteachers have to be qualified. Do these producers need to be investigated? A dangerous breed of dog claims yet another life in the UK . IIt's too easy to own a vicious dog. We were led to believe controls over dangerous dogs had been put in place. These need to be reviewed with some urgency. ...and...a boy, aged 12, has been arrested for fraud after he 'knocked on people's doors and told them he was collecting money for the Salvation Army
