Is the monarchy really changing? On October 10th Buckingham Palace hosted its first official game of football between two Sunday League amateur sides. Ptince William had organised the match to mark the 150th anniversary of the Football Association. He is president. The match involved two of the oldest amateur clubs in England: Civil Service FC – the sole surviving club from the 11 that met to found the FA in 1863 – and Polytechnic FC, formed in 1875. Palace staff had spent weeks preparing the pitch.
I'd visited a town in the Valencian Community called l?Alcudi and we discussed the importance of making a good paella in Valencia. My experience was very revealing and Neil had recently been to the local village of Polop for their Paella week. The day was even more interesting as it had been a Valencian Holiday.

The research was presented at the annual World Congress of Neurology in Vienna. According to lead author, Dr. Edgardo Reich:2 He is quoted as saying, "Stress, according to our findings, is probably a trigger for initial symptoms of dementia".
