Jim has worked in the political and public policy arena for over three decades in his business, Innovative Research and Data Solutions, and at organizations like Focus on the Family and Americans for Prosperity. Jim also served as Chief of Staff for two U.S. Congressmen where he directed political priorities, policy issues, and constituent services from Capitol Hill.
