A spiritual awakening can happen whether you're spiritual or not. It's a transformation that occurs when you've had to do a lot of work on yourself, or maybe you had to go through something incredibly challenging - for me it was grief and letting go of control of my future.

It's an upgrade to your life that occurs when you've gone so far forward in a lot of deep ways that there's no where to go but up.

Sometimes an awakening can be deeply painful, sometimes it can be like floating on a cloud. Everyone is different and I hope my story helps you through yours.
