This show is hosted by Rick, Estelle's office manager. Rick never talks about California real estate regulations and rules. Rick's job is to connect with people looking to buy or sell anywhere in California. Then, Estelle walks buyers and sellers through the legal and regulation process. Estelle and Rick primarily serve the business owner market. Estelle focuses on new homes, out-of-state relocations, real estate probate, HUD foreclosure and investor sales. Estelle also helps sellers in certain markets list their homes to buy outside of California.
