WCCO's Esme Murphy talks with Curtis Massey is the founder of Massey Disaster Planning, a fire/life safety firm that creates emergency preparedness preplans and mobile technology solutions for the commercial real estate sector across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. A world-renowned fire service instructor, he trains many of the largest North American fire departments in advanced high-rise operations. Massey is a 20-year veteran of the fire service and a frequent lecturer at international fire conferences. He was a first responder at the World Trade Center on 9/11 and in New Orleans during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Massey launched The Massey App™ in 2012, a mobile technology that provides detailed building schematics, crisis communication, and action advice on more than 100 emergency events to hand-held devices and attorney Joe Tamburino – Partner at Caplan Tamburino.
