Ukraine: 54 Airstrikes In Kharkiv Over Past Day

Russia has carried out at least 54 airstrikes in and around Kharkiv over the past 24 hours, and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says NATO is expecting there will be more attacks in the coming weeks. Also, more than 80 former Ukrainian prisoners of war were returned from their Russian captors. CNN Chief International Anchor Christiane Amanpour brings her report. And, the European Union is preparing to sanction two of Russian President Vladimir Putin's daughters, according to two European diplomats who spoke with The New York Times.
