The House Committee investigating January 6 has issued 6 more subpoenas. The targets of this round are individuals believed to be involved in the planning of rallies leading up to the insurrection, including Max Miller, a GOP congressional candidate from Ohio. CNN Senior Legal Affairs Correspondent Paula Reid joins Erin Burnett to discuss the individuals who received subpoenas and what the committee thinks these individuals may know.

Plus, President Biden said he's "very concerned" after the United States Supreme Court refused to block a restrictive abortion law in Texas. Laurence Tribe is a constitutional law professor at Harvard Law School. He joins to discuss the consequences of the recent ruling.
