The Department of Homeland Security warns of potential violence coming from upcoming rally, tied to rally backing January 6 rioters, as soon as tomorrow. According to the Department of Homeland Security, there has been talk of rioters planning to kidnap a member of congress. The Department of Homeland Security braces for the Capitol rally that backs rioters as former President Donald Trump fuels the fire by saying, "our hearts and minds" are with the "persecuted" rioters. 

Republicans who have defended the rioters in the past, are now distancing themselves from the rally. 

Roger Stone was served with a January 6 lawsuit during a live radio show.
