The assistant director on “Rust” who handed Alec Baldwin the gun that shot Halyna Hutchins did not check all the live rounds according to an affidavit. The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office believes there were other suspected live rounds present that day, too. The District Attorney says “all options are on the table at this point” with regards to criminal charges as the investigation remains ongoing. 

Key elements of Biden’s infrastructure and climate bill are likely to be removed including free tuition for community college, marginal tax rate increases, and paid family and medical leave. Democrats face clear urgency as they try to reach consensus before Biden's trip to the United Nations.
