eRadio Charity Focus - Week 5 - Simone Robyn Sharpe
Episode description
In the first eRadio Charity Focus for 2021, Eon chats to Simone Robyn Sharpe from George who's doing a triathlon for her 31st birthday: a 3.1km swim, a 31-mile cycle, followed by a 31km run. Her 31st birthday is on Friday 22 January 2021.
Simone is a cancer survivor herself and will be raising funds for CHOC - the childhood cancer foundation that assists children with both cancer and life-threatening blood disorders, as well as the PDSA (People's Dispensary for Sick Animals), which treats and cares for sick/ injured animals whose owners cannot afford the cost of private veterinarians.
What a remarkable young woman!
