Sit somewhere comfortable, if you can sit outside that's lovely as long as it's comfortable get wrapped at warm, take a chair and just relax. If you're in your home, find a spot that's quiet and you won't be disturbed and sit comfortably in a chair. Listen to the sounds that you can hear, the birds singing in the background, tweeting away, the distance sounds. You may hear the horses is in the background, going about their business, doing what comes naturally and living in the moment.
Allow your senses to widen, to drift To listen to the sounds or wherever, they may be Even in the peace and quiet there are vibrations, whether you can hear them or not, that interact with our bodies and our own minds and our souls, so just relax and just be in the moment, Take a breath in and to release all the tension that you may feel in your mind and your body don't force the breath, just breathe naturally but with each breath, feel the energy that fills your lungs and your heart and your
mind and allow it to seep to every cell, every molecule in your body let it fill with the beautiful vibration and the energy that's around you, Let your cells work with each other with time and the motion the way they were intended allow the chatter in your mind to just quietly go to a place where it will not disturb you. You can not stop the thoughts that enter your mind but you can quiet them and train yourself to hear but not engage with them.
As the sun rises and gains its strength and its sunlight and its warmth, feel that warmth on your face, see the light that penetrates your eyelids, even though they may be closed. Listen to the sounds of nature. Take a breath and feel where you are in this moment in time. What are you feeling, where are your thoughts going, remember, you can hear them but don't engage with them just to allow, allow the process. This is a time for just being with yourself in this moment.
Breathe and release, breathe and release, breathe and release. Use this time to connect back to you, to connect back to the earth. To feel the vibrations that are beneath you, that resonate with you, the frequencies from the planets, that send out a signal, as apulse like a heartbeat. When we flow in vibration, in sync, we are connected, we connect in to all that is living, all that vibrates. We are grounded, we are all connected, we are one.
(Breath) Allow yourself to flow within and let the flow without flow with you. We are a masters only being, allow this to come forth. When you're ready, and in your own time, feel your senses in your body becoming more awake. Allow the integration of the energy of the mind of the body and the soul become one, in your day to day life. Take this energy with you, for your day ahead and if you feel stressed at any moment in this time, just take a breath.
and reconnect with yourself for just a moment, just a few seconds, will it bring you back to where you are right now in this very moment, in this peace, in this calmness, in this balanced, aligned state of who you are And .Breath And Breath And .Breath And .Breath So there you go, that's the meditation for today.
