Episode description

Many may remember years ago when it started to come down the pipes that changes to our legislation here in Alberta, were going to come into place to prohibit anyone other than a veterinarian to work on animals or in the least require a vet to be physically present each time. This same scenario has played out or is currently being felt all around the world where setting up as an Equine Bodyworker may not be legal. Our guest today is Sara Vold EST, EEBW2, NKTE, RVT and an FEI permitted therapist. As a member of the IEBWA, Sara was one of the key players in the conversation between the vet association here in Alberta and the IEBWA when these changes were being presented. To find out more about Sara, please go to her website at http://www.arrowequine.ca/ and follow her on her social media accounts.
