Parental Rights and Vaccines, with Rolf Hazlehurst

This week, we talk with Rolf Hazlehurst, Rolf is a senior attorney with Children's Health Defense and has been actively engaged in the practice of law since 1995. Rolf breaks down the history of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, which should help families of children with vaccine-related medical injuries receive justice, but often just causes more problems for them instead. 

Plus, Rolf tells us what parents can do to help secure their parental rights in issues surrounding vaccines and discusses his important role in overturning Washington DC’s dangerous Minor Consent to Vaccination Act, which would have allowed children as young as 11 to receive vaccines without parental consent.
