However you approach suffering, whatever explanation you use to justify or condemn it, the explanation has to make sense. Evan and Liz Frerichs believe the Christian view of suffering it the only one that brings hope and peace. Suffering doesn't get swept to fairy tale land, and yet Christianity doesn't down play the real brutality of suffering. It redeems suffering!
