You can’t have exactly the same feeling about the holidays as you’ve had in the past because you’re not the same person you were. Franticly pursuing the magic of Christmas may end up stealing your joy and peace. It’s important to be prepared for intentional interactions, but it’s equally important to let go and be in the moment when the moment comes. We also can’t forget that it’s up to us, as individuals, to remember the reason for Christmas: Jesus.
