Slow Business: How to set your business up for success

In today's episode, and the episodes in the coming weeks, we are gonna be talking about slow business.

So I want to start by putting this out there, by drawing my line in the sand and challenging the status quo ever so slightly, which I enjoy doing, and I'm gonna say this: you don't have to grow your business this year. We’re pushed to hustle at the start of a new year, to scale for six or seven figures, but I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to do that and this doesn’t make you inadequate or incapable.

So, I’m sharing my own journey with creating a slow business and choosing nurturing over hustling. I hope it encourages you to maybe do the same, too.
