This past week I’ve noticed when my external world feels uncontrollable, I allow my own world to become uncontrollable. I procrastinate, I get distracted. I let all my boundaries down and I spiral into this place where I'm left, exhausted and drained by my own, my own toxic routine. And what I realized by the end of the week was that it comes back to intuition.
