So the original punishment was Ballistic X vs Sever . You can't even buy it . It's so bad you can't find it anymore . I'm trying to purge it from the internet . You can find Soviet Lord of the Rings . You can't find this movie . And this has Lucy Liu and Antonio Banderas in it and other prominent people .
It's got the guy from Game of Thrones that was like the right-hand man that got the stone skin stuff .
Oh Jorm .
Hormat . Yeah he's in it . He's like the main bad guy .
I used to know his name when I gave a crap about Game of Thrones .
But anyways , yeah , that didn't work because I tried to find it on Amazon . You can't even buy it . Youtube doesn't have it , neither does Tubi TV or none of those other low-level sites either .
It's just like I even looked up on the internet .

So we watched One Big Happy , or I watched One Big Happy .
Yeah , I looked up this punishment while driving home from Grandma's New York .
Pizza . When you texted me and said , hey , I can't find it , I'm like , oh crap , I'm scrolling through bad TV shows . I was like , scroll to top 10 , scroll to top 10 . I was like these all have zeros on Rotten Tomatoes , that one .
I'll tell you this I watched over half of the first season .
It's because it's only six episodes .
That's besides the point .
They're only 20 minutes long .
I watched the first four episodes out of the six I just didn't have time to watch the three telltale signs .
It's a bad show it doesn't make it one season one yeah , it doesn't have more than six episodes . Two it's got a laugh track . Does that have a laugh track ? Yep , okay yeah and three .
It's got like really no mainline actors that you've ever seen before you know , I mean hoothurst is the only one that I knew , yeah , and , like I guarantee you , 90% of our listeners don't know who that is if you're a guy the girl next door .
She was on that , and then she was on the show the Ranch on Netflix . How many ?
people . Do you think just did the JD from Scrubs Head Tilt ? I gotta go to that it's not a good show .
It does have some parts that make me laugh and it helps that she's in the show as eye candy , but essentially it's this guy and girl which . She's a lesbian . He's her best friend and they live together because they're in their 30s and they decided that if they ever get to their 30s and neither one of them has a kid , they'll have a kid together .
30's a little young , for that sounds like a great that if they ever get to their 30s and neither one of them has a kid , they'll have a kid together . 30's a little young for that Sounds like a great idea , right ? You've got to go at least a decade before you have to force yourself to settle down .
So first episode they try unsuccessful . And then the guy meets this British girl at some kind of bar or something . He's like , oh man , I love you because she loves sci-fi and all this other weird stuff that he liked . She's like , well , I would hang out with you , but I have to go back to England .
He's like , oh , you don't have to go back , I'll pay for your ticket . He's like , no , I'm getting deported . So he marries her .
Have you ever somebody from America getting deported from England back to America . I could probably believe that , Because most likely it was some drunk frat boy and he caused an international incident Right .
But yeah , either way , they end up getting married . Like they run off and get married and when they come back she tells him that she is pregnant when they thought she wasn't . So now they're just one big happy family to live together and have to deal with this thing .
Did anybody ever say the name of the show ?
Oh yeah , they did In the first episode , right at the end . I guess we're just one big happy family he didn't even say family , because the show's title is just One Big Happy . He said we're just one big happy and gives each other both of them a hug .
Why not say family ?
not say family . That doesn't make sense , because it's cool , it's more , it's more catchy with an e , k-e-t-c-h , his , uh , his wife's not bad to look at either , but you know , that's , that's fine .
What's funny is , like all right , mitch , we're going off the rails a little in this show the first episode she comes out completely naked .
She just has , like the pixels , what , what ? Because she wakes up like that . She spent the night at his house what was the name of the ? Show .
She spent the night at his house and woke up and then the next morning alicia cuthbert like comes in the door or comes in the kitchen and she's just in there , naked , fixing breakfast so this is a cable show yeah and they just said screw it , we're just gonna blur out the nudity .
Yeah , that's kind of lazy I read that for this they basically did the first episode , like that scene or whatever . They did it without an audience and then the rest of the show had the audience in it .
Yeah , all right , so they had a laugh track without an audience .
For the first episode or whatever that they did . Yeah , it's not a good show . I mean I've told you the perks , alicia Cuthbert , that's it . I mean I've told you the perks , alicia Coos . Perks , that's it . I mean there's a funny couple , funny parts where like the yeah , but you have to understand .
Mitch has watched every episode of Boy Meets World a thousand times .
It's a great show and he's still . You're not going to badmouth .
Boy Meets World on this show , he still giggles at it Because Eric's funny he is funny , I'm just working and all he was like Mitch going ooh , ooh , ooh , ooh , ooh ooh .
That was a very important show in all of our young lives .
Because there he has a lucky penny .
Bam and the Feeney's call .
Mr Feeney , feeney , feeney . Yes , mr Matthews , it's a great show , great show .
Okay .
All right , I mean Okay , all right , this show has a couple of spots where it kind of makes you laugh a little bit , but that's it yeah , that's about it . I mean it's all like slapstick comedy .
That made me laugh Because , like the British girl's moving in , so all these boxes are everywhere and he comes bursting in the door and they had moved the boxes around . He trips and falls into the bubble wrap and he's there , that's funny , that's kind of funny .
But I mean I would have chortled .
There's nothing else , so why did the show get canceled , mitch ?
Because it's bad . I mean , there's nothing . It doesn't have any reasoning other than just it's not good .
I feel like shows try to recreate like friends or something like that , and make it like more edgier , because that's what an audience thinks . They think it's what an audience wants .
Yeah , they had two other friends that were in every other scene or whatever , but I don't even know what their names were . I don't even know what the main characters' names were .
Nah , Actually I do . The British girl was named Prudence .
Prudence , yeah , prudence .
That's all I know , come out to play , hey , but yeah this show's got a 5.7 on IMDb .
It deserves maybe a three .
It's nothing , not your fave yeah .
Nothing worth watching .

on . I watched a movie , did you ? I did ? My movie was Love Hard .

Hard . Uh-huh American romantic comedy directed by Hernan .
Jimenez , it's not a real person .
Yeah well , he's a director , but anyways it stars Nina Dobrev , which she was the main character in vampire diary .
okay , yeah and john jimmy o yang , and he's that short little asian guy , short round . He looks like him , but he's got the glasses and , uh , he does , he's a comedian he does basically stand up making fun about his parents the entire time , like most Asian comedians .
Yeah .
And Darren Barnett I don't know who that is . But anyways so the plot is Nina Dobrev . Her character gets catfished into thinking that she's hooking up with this like sexy hulk of a man Goes all the way to New York .
To surprise him on .
Christmas , to surprise him on Christmas and realize Mitch watched this movie . Obviously , too , the privilege is that you two get to work together . Well , actually we watched this separately , yeah me and my wife started it .
I watched this with my wife . Yeah , me and my wife were watching it .
My wife was like we're watching this movie . I was like watch this movie . I was like okay .
We should have brought Christian on so she could review it .
We have the other mic She'd probably do a lot better . So she goes to New York . She realizes she's Catfish , but she wants to stick out for To try and get the real guy because she sees him .
Yeah , so the little Asian guy is cousins to the pictures of the guy that he was refusing to the catfish and , and part of her wants to stay to hook up with this guy and the other part of her wants to stay to hook up with that guy because her job depends on it .
Something about how she writes articles for her magazine or newspaper and like if you don't write a story about doing these things , you're fired . All her stories are about her bad dates or whatever , because she can never find a good date .
It's like she is published by some media company to write about her terrible love life Sounds preposterous . Yeah , it's a lot of weird little things , but all in all it really wasn't a bad movie . It was funny . It had funny moments . There were some awkward moments .
The comedian dude he nails his comedic beats really well , but when it comes to the sappy romantic part you're just kind of like ugh . But , yeah , it wasn't bad .
Very funny when she turns around in the club after it's rolled up .
Okay , so , yeah , so she's allergic to kiwi for some weird reason and she gets a margarita or something with kiwi in it and she's going to do her .
Like a Wayne Bennett dance .
She's going to do yeah , yeah something . What's that stupid movie that all the girls danced to back in , like the early 2000s ? You probably wouldn't have noticed , tom , because you weren't . You were like four . So what's the one ? What's that movie ? Because you were like four . So what's the one ? What's that movie ? They all had Coyote Ugly .
She tries to Coyote Ugly to this guy who's at this bar , but she starts dancing with her back to him and then she turns around and whips her hair and her face is ginormous and her lips are puffy and stuff like that and everybody's just like oh , she's special needs . So , they try to play it off , like you know .
They're like a slow clap , like ah good for you .
She sees herself in the mirror and , like , freaks out and runs away , but nobody recognizes her throughout the rest of the movie and you know so . But it was . It was kind of rat racey , kind of feel conglomerate of strange events happening , but it was . It was somewhat enjoyable .
I didn't think I'd like it as much as I did , so I give it a 7 out of 10 . Um , you know , I don't think it's for everybody , but it surprised me . Nobody's ever heard this movie before it came out and then it just kind of surprised people .
But it's called love hard because they characters think it's like the perfect mashup between Love Actually and Die Hard . You know they're both Christmas movies . One's about a romance , the one's about an action , whatever .
Are there East German terrorists ? No , is there a shooting ? No .
I don't know where they're going for the whole day I think in california , I think they just have that . Die hard is a christmas movie the dude part where she falls that is true .
Yeah , I forgot about that after she got shot no but anyways it uh don't see the correlation .
It was quirky and fun . You know , uh , I could see that being a thing like christmas romance movies . So you know , if you , uh , you're looking for something for you and your lady , or whoever , to watch and enjoy together , that might be it . So there you go .
All right , my news , um , let's talk about all the spider-man away home controversy well , not controversy , just like like the conspiracy , did it come out ?
yet it comes out , december 17th .
Two weeks so um , this trailer came out and everybody's like , frame by frame , analyzing to see if there's the other Spider-Men

Because I mean , they brought back Willem Dafoe's Green Goblin .
He and Doc .
Ock , alfred Molina and Jamie Foxx , defoe's Green Goblin . Yeah , doc Ock , I can't remember his real name , it's something Molina , alfred Molina , alfred Molina and Jamie .
Foxx , doc Ock and Jamie Foxx . So some people freeze down on one frame where the Lizard man gets punched in the face . Yeah , but you don't see anybody punching him in the face .
Just an invisible force that knocks him back .
Right . So they think they edit them out and they think that there's like one part where spider-man grabs , like mary jane's tom holland grabs mary jane's hand and then you zoom like .
The next shot is of a different spider glove yeah , the suit glove looks different than what the one that's grabbing her .
So my thing is , mcu should be

He was a subpar Spider-Man . I'll say it , I'm not afraid .

And what Fight me , him and Jason Statham I've seen him in the movie , I'll kick his ass . And Jason Statham . He can drag his bald ass along too want to okay , come find you .
No , he's not one of these days . There's gonna be like a line of celebrities I want to beat up tom um , and it'll be like well I'm going to work I think at this point , like everybody , and their mom knows that these people are going to be in the movie , yeah , so just why ?
but they just still just deny it give us an epic trailer .
Deny , deny but what would be even more better in , in my opinion , is if there's all these conspiracies , all this , like you know , like hobby people out there that spend countless hours analyzing each frame of the trailer to try and find proof that these actors are in it , and then they're not Like everybody is like , so let down .
This is probably not the worst review ever .
That's a dick move , I would just laugh Like that would be far more entertaining than like the best Spider-Man movie ever in my opinion but that's just me , so I mean , the best Spider-Man movie is still Spider-Man 2 . Yeah , I actually the one with Doc Ock . Yeah , I think I would agree with Tom on that . Mitch is smiling silent .

Okay , cucumberbatch himself has tried to like calm people down and say and say this is typical whenever you have a director take over a movie , anything that's been reshot before him is going to be reshot again .
It's coming out in four months .
You see the blame down on COVID and all sorts of stuff . I think 10 years from now people will blame crap on COVID , but I don't know . We'll see what happens . I really don't . I'm trying hard to care about the mcu at this point . I don't , I , I can't find . I mean I'll watch spider-man .
I think it'll be interesting , but I don't know if I'll go see it in theaters .
Maybe I'll see dr strange in theaters I like eternals , or I liked eternals and then I'm interested to see this one .
Spider-Man's always been my favorite Marvel character . I like the Tom McGuire ones . The Andrew Garfield ones were good . I like those , the Tom Holland . It's just too campy .
Here's my problem with the MCU right now . I feel like every movie anybody watches it from here on forward just to get a glimpse , maybe of a post-credit scene or something that tries to like tell you where they're going with the story . Yeah , everything before the infinity wars and end game was like you know , oh okay , you know we get more .
We understand what's happening . You know like we're excited to see what the next movie and they're pretty obvious with the post-credit Like here we go . Yeah , yeah . It was very interesting and telling . Nowadays it's just like what's going on ? What are we doing ? Is it about the Celestials ? What's the big to-do now ? What's the new Thanos ?
I don't know if they're ever going to get to that . Michael Keaton said he's working on something else where he'll be the Vulture again Nice .
I like him as Vulture .
Jimmy Fallon or something . One of those late night shows he was talking about . He was filming stuff for the Vulture again .
He came here in Venom 2 , right , yes , and then wasn't he in a trailer for Morbius Mobius ?

I mean anything could happen in the future , but I do know . Recently I read I can't remember where the article was , but I read something where they had come to some agreements about moving forward together for these to correlate .
So we'll see how that works out , I wonder like if you took a picture of Kevin Feige before the MCU like solidified , and you saw him now , if it would be like you know you know how presidents Like a presidential terror , Like he's all chipper and young .

I'll go next for TV . I watch two things . I'll get with the first one though Vicious . It's a TV show . It's an English TV show . It came out in 2015 or 2017 .
They did two series and a special , and it stars Ian McKellen and Derek Jacoby as this old gay couple who live in London and Ramsay Bolton is like their upstairs neighbor who wakes up screaming in the middle of the night because he has horrible nightmares , because all of his parents are in prison .
His name is Ewan Rion .
Yeah , I think I said that right . That sounds just as much like a Game of Thrones name too , it does , doesn't it ?
Ewan of House Rion All right , so anyways . But you know it's based around Ian McKellen and Derek Jacoby's relationship because they've been together for like 50 years and like Ian McKellen's like a celebrated actor in the show which he thinks he is , he's not , and there's just kind of just loafs around like following them .
And then you have like their little crew of friends who are old and senile and just say off the wall stuff like any given time , like like one will be sitting there and like they'll be talking , and then should be like why are we here again ? Or should be like how do I ? And he's like we've known each other for 50 years .
So can he do a really good like crotchety old man .
Ian McKellen is a gift to this world in this show . Watching Ian McKellen swear and give people the business is the funniest thing I've ever seen . I've laughed out loud , not rolled . I have laughed out loud , genuinely like belly laughed , multiple times per episode for the first season .
Tom , not known for his hyperbole , I'm sure it's funny . Yeah , I know you are , you know .
I like English TV yeah .
You know I like British TV and it's on YouTube . Stumbled upon it out of nowhere , I was just going through YouTube and it suggested videos Like hey , watch Ian McKellen do insults . It's this guy . And I was like what is this show ? And then , you know , seven episodes later , here we are .
Why is it so hard to watch British shows like Sky TV and all that ?
Or ITV , no , no , no .
I mean like in America .

¶ Beatles Get Back Documentary and TV
I got you .
It's not , but like it's very well written and apparently it wasn't very well received in England .
But reviews from other countries are like this is hilarious and it's probably because they think there's too highbrow with their humor that just you know the nonsense of like giving people the business and just like you know , you know he's going to put someone down , but he does it in such a way where it's still funny and they're just like , oh , it's kind of
cliche . You know , stuffy old British people because they think they're like the greatest civilization on the planet .
Ian McKellen's kind of a loose cannon . Remember that SNL thing that he hosted and he like , kissed Jimmy Fallon and stuck his tongue in his mouth .
Did he ? Yeah , it's Gandalf . I mean , what are you going ?
to do so . If Gand did he yeah , it's gandalf . I mean , what are you gonna do ? So if gandalf showed up to your apartment right now , I was like come here , boy . No , I'd knock him to the floor .
Beard and all the one thing about show it's done in front of a live audience , so there are outtakes or whatever which are also funny , like watching Ian McKellen get a line wrong and then him just sitting there kind of mad that he did it wrong , and then them doing it again .
And then you just see a stage person come out and hand him the script and he pulls his glasses out and he's like oh all right , I got it , get out of here . Get out of here . We're doing it again . We're doing it again .
And he's sitting , he Fs it up again . He's like God , he's like throwing stuff . That'd be funny to see .
That's where Ian McKellen getting frustrated and , as far as you know , I know it's edited , but the laughs from the audience it's like the timing is good , but they don't overdo it , it's not like they're just like keep laughing , keep laughing , Make this funnier .
I want to be that one guy in a live studio audience that laughs at all the inappropriate moments .
That's why you never invited .
Yeah , like when Sean's like complaining that his dad's not around and stuff like that , that one guy in the back is like ah he's Eric .
Ah , you're poor , yes .
So it's on YouTube two seasons Cause or a series Cause . That's how they are in England . Uh , six episodes . There's like a Christmas special . I haven't watched that yet , but I'm in season two . Eight out of ten .

Hey , it's hilarious . So , I watched another thing which just came out yesterday , the Peter Jackson , beatles Get Back documentary .
On Disney . I wanted to see that . Is it Peter Jackson that did that ? Yes , no way .
And it's weird watching it .
Really . Because the footage and quality is Peter Jackson's got the monopoly on film recreation like old film recreation to 4K . He did that World War I documentary what was that called ?
I don't remember war , war two and hd . No , it was called war one .
It was something like , um , those who left us , or something I can't remember , but anyways , he and what they did was they took the film and then they made digital copies of it and they just went frame by frame and like touched up everything you know and like his whole uh , uh studio does that wingnut studios that does it yeah , and like they're like one of
the few studios that can do it .
I mean , I know his is the best right now , like the only one that can actually do as good as he does it's weird watching the sessions with the beatles and you're looking at them and it's like it looks like they're still alive like that age right there , and you're okay and for and you're just looking at it's just like .
I know two of them are dead and they're , two of the others are very old right now , but are they ? And like ? I mean , they have like 70 plus hours of footage and audio that they've had to match up really , how long is the documentary ? I think the second part came out today earlier today .
I haven't had a chance to watch it , but this takes place during the let it be sessions where they beatles were going to perform live again for the first time . Yeah , since like 1966 or something or 65 . Yeah , and they're going through , you know , trying to write an album and planning like a live production in this . Yeah , and they're going through .
You know , trying to write an album and planning like a live production in this studio and like all of them are complaining that the acoustics suck and they're just sitting there like the background crap that they're doing to each other is hilarious . Yeah , I didn't , I didn't know ringo was funny , I don't know .
I guess funny is like he really is in the show because like they're sitting there and they're just like , oh , john's late . It's like , yeah , he normally comes in between 10 or 11 and Ringo , just from the background , goes yeah , we think about kicking him out . This is like you know , kick it out John .
But like every , like every couple of minutes , there's like a snide comment from Ringo or George in the background that like the audio actually captured and it's hilarious .
That's funny , and the famous joke about somebody asking uh if ringo was the best drummer in the world and john went , no , he's not even the best drummer in the beatles and he's not he's not . And the the craziest thing is you're what I was watching them do , um is , when they've started recording the song , get back .

To the other . You have like these Baja races where you're going through the jungle in the woods and stuff . Then you can just open world , drive around and look for XP . Then they have some places where you can do these cool jumps . You get records of how far the distance is .

pressure in your tires and stuff like that , and all of it will alter your speed and handling , and all that just depending on how well you know how to do all that stuff .
Yeah , like I played one race and I put everything towards speed and then I got to the race and it was raining for some reason for that one race and I just slid everywhere off the tracks and nothing . So I think I should have deflated my tires for that . I don't know .
That would have gave you more grip .
But , I also feel like the way they've set up the leveling system in this is pretty rewarding , because , like every level , you get something that you can actually use to either improve your car or you get , like this little free spin where you can either earn money or they give you a car little free spins , where you can either earn money or give you a car .

Yeah , I mean . It's basically like a slot machine that you just press the button and you get whatever it lands on .

It has it's own radio stations that you're playing , so kind of like Grand Theft Auto . Certain songs come on , though , and it gives you double XP while that song's playing , so you just run around .
So it's like Danger Zone comes on , you just start flooring it and crashing into stuff . It's just like XP .
I mean pretty much yeah songs , though , because I was like the song you can actually change the station though oh , I don't know yeah , there's different stations ? I don't know , it's just like in your car you didn't know that my car can change stations .
No , if you have xbox , I would definitely suggest at least trying the game out , see if you like it , because I've had a lot of fun with it .
