Okay , that too . Anywho , somebody got punished . Actually , two people were punished , yes , they were . So we'll start with Hayden , because he's sitting right here . Hayden's punishment as somebody who hates sports had to play NHL 21 .
Yep that one Against me I did . I lost both games . Surprise , surprise , it wasn't a bad game as far as sport games go . I was into it , he was into it . It was fun to check Tom into the glass .
He was good at that .
He learned very quickly how to take outout players .
I was doing the street fighter strategy of just mashing buttons and hoping for the best did you know the right stick ?
if you move it around like that's like the button moves as well no , I didn't .
Oh , okay , yeah you did , now I you said b is to like tackle people . So I just pushed that button all the time and it worked sometimes it's actually up on the stick to tackle people .
I don't know how you figured it out . I will say this . It was like Hayden played and I was like this should be easy . And then I was like I'm playing goons , I was like I'm playing GLAT and the dudes from Slapshot and I got Hayden foaming at the mouth , sending my players to the hospital .
He gave me another hour , I would have figured out how to hit people's sticks and stuff like that .
Hayden would have figured out how to produce a gun and axe . Kick somebody with an ice .
Kick he did keep trying to kick the goalie .
He did ? He kept rushing the net and just diving into it . See , you start bribing the refs and stuff like that to look away , hayden thought briefly it was football , where you could just pick up the puck and just forget the stick completely , just dive into the net and just go , I win .
Hayden just needs that old NFL blitz where you just beat people up after the whistle .
That was a fun one . Send hookers and cocaine to the opposing team's locker room or something .
I mean I wouldn't say it was a punishment . I could see why people would enjoy that game . I don't understand why people would want to spend $60 every year for that same game to come out . True , but it is on Game Pass and it just came out , didn't ?
it . Yeah , so I mean there's that Also a lot of the recent generations . You can download the current rosters and it'll adjust team scoring and statistics or whatever .
So you buy NHL once and then it updates for the next couple years .
Yeah , oh , okay , because you were able to do that in Madden .
Well , it's better than FIFA . Apparently FIFA , you have to buy it every year .
Yeah , if you're an idiot who buys the first FIFA and you own every single one . You're an idiot .
You're dumb , Well , also if you have the EA Pass .

The EA Pass . For like $5 a year maybe , or $10 a year or something like that , you can download all the games it has , like the Star Wars games on there and stuff too . That's another way to access it .
I knew what would happen , because it happened to you when I played you in it , because Mitch was just kind of sitting back , had the controller in his hand , and then I just watched him slowly start leaning forward towards the television , just kind of like getting his shoulders up . He's just like all right , I'm in it to win it . Now I'm playing .
I scored two goals , so that was satisfying enough for me .
You did you scored a goal in each game . Mm-hmm Granted , you lost handedly .
Oh , yeah , you your booty beaten . Yeah , you basically are an experienced hockey player and you just found some guy off the street and kicked his butt .
Look how good I am , yeah .
If Hayden knew how to score , Hayden might have won . His defense was very good .

He might have killed several people . I wanted to make that guy remember me . There were some dudes I saw in the beginning of the game . I didn't see at the end .
They all looked like they had brain damage when they'd go to the little side boxes or whatever Hockey sport . Their heads would be moving , but their eyes would be staying still , like this . I was like Hayden had like .
As soon as we started playing , he was playing as the . If you listen to or watch sports and know about hockey , he plays the Arizona Coyotes and he'd check the bejesus Out of a dude and he's just like .
That's how we play in Arizona . I've been to Arizona like three times ever . Jesus out of a dude and he's just like . That's how we play in Arizona . I've been to Arizona like three times ever and he's usually just passing through Well yeah , it was a fun game . So I enjoyed it . I don't know . I give it seven .

I think I was a running back . Yeah , he's probably on defense you play in flag football . I think I was running back , yeah , so that was like he's probably on defense .
But running back in flag football is kind of pointless , because then you're just standing there at the line waiting for the baseball .
I never claimed to be good at it , I just said that I played it . Yeah , he's not going to Canton . Yeah , that's where the Hall of Fame is for football .
I know I was born there .

I've been to the Hall of Fame .

¶ Tooth Fairy Horror Movie Review
I cannot win a trivia event to save my life and I'm hell bent on revenge boys I need to come in and try to win some trivia . But you guys are real smart . You know your pop culture and I'm evidence that you can be a filmmaker and apparently know nothing about movies .
So , anyway , we had a good fight this time on horror movie trivia , and I think it was close neck and neck with Tom , but he had me on the numbers because he's fast on that trigger , that's for sure . But my punishment was to watch Darkness Falls . So , just to start off , I went to the tomato meter on Rotten Tomatoes to see what this thing ranked .
It said 13% . I said , man , that's pretty bad . But then I realized I was looking at the wrong movie called Darkness Falls . Apparently , there's a new one that came out in 2020 about something completely different , and when I found the right movie , it had a 9% . So it actually went down on the tomato meter when I found the correct version of darkness Falls .
So anyway , all that just to say it's a movie where the bad guys tooth fairy yeah , so tooth fairy . Basically , backstory begins that a long time ago . There's this nice old lady and people would give her some teeth you know , just as you do and she would give them a coin . And so there starts the legend of the tooth fairy .
The only problem was Some kids went missing . The town thought that she killed those kids , so they burned her to death . And then the kids showed up the next day and everybody buried it . So now she shows up in a crazy mask and tries to kill , and then the kids showed up the next day and everybody buried it .
So now she shows up in a crazy mask and tries to kill and murder kids , children that leave the tooth under their pillow . So this movie is not for children . So kind of odd that you would pick the Tooth Fairy to be the bad guy .
But I guess it's for parents who tell their kids that the Tooth Fairy is going to visit them to get I'm not really sure of the psychological motivation of the writers to say , hey , what would a good bad guy be ? How about the Tooth Fairy ? You know we haven't done . We don't do enough about that .
Let's do a whole movie about it and spend millions of dollars on a backstory about the Tooth Fairy , and you know what ? Let's not even make it about the kids . You know , let's not have kid characters , no , let's grow them up real quick .
Like , what if it's about this kid and he sees a Tooth Fairy but instead of it actually following the three minutes storyline about a tooth fairy killing kids , we just forget that that even happened two minutes ago and now we just kill his mom and he lives and then that way in 12 more minutes he can grow up and then meet his other friend , who was a kid
but now has grown so that they and they never had a bond , like they dragged him off to a psychological institute , hospital , prison or whatever . But she still has a long felt connection to him and , oh yeah , she's got a brother . That's a child , not her , not her son , but it's a brother . So they can still have a relationship .
But she didn't , you know , have like premarital relations with anyone else because she was only thinking about him since he was 12 . And his mom got slayed by the Tooth Fairy so they could meet up later and stuff . Anyway , reasons there's more backstory and there's more explanation of about how everybody's psycho and this is not a true story .
Over and over and over and over again , with few elements of Nightmare on Elm Street thrown in for good measure and we're all afraid of the dark . And oh no , they're going to put the kid in the dark and that's bad , because the dark is bad and you should be afraid of the dark .
But it's not about the dark , it's about the tooth fairy who's in the dark and can't come out . So how does she get to just dark places ? Does she travel through the dark ? She never go in the light . If she goes in the light , is that bad ? How bad is it ? Let me tell you how bad it is .
You can trap her inside of a lighthouse and burn a ghost's face off with a flashlight . So that's it and that's pretty much my review of Darkness Falls . If you lose some teeth tonight , it's probably because you watched this movie and punched yourself in the mouth so hard that you lost all your teeth .
So , anyway , this was a punishment , because it wasn't a movie that was so bad , it was good . It was a movie that was just bad . And that's my review Darkness Falls , available on HBO Max . If you feel like punishing yourself , the end .

movies I did . What'd you watch ? I watched Dune and I saw it in theaters . You did . I did it was . You watch . I watched Dune Dune and I saw it in theaters . You did , I did it was great .
It was like 4 o'clock on a Wednesday and me and all the other like you could tell they were dads but like just snuck out of their houses or something like that we all like kind of acknowledged each other's presence .
Just to get away .
Yeah , and we all acknowledged each other . And then we all just went to our corners of the theater and we just sat in blissful silence and enjoyed our movie . It was great , it was a wonderful experience All six of us so . But as far as Dune goes , it's a long movie . It was 156 minutes .
What do they think they are ? Lord of the Rings .
They're pushing it . I mean , dune was written in 1965 . So you can tell that Star Wars pulled a lot of inspiration off of it and essentially it's a science fiction fantasy , or you could just call it a science fantasy . I don't think there's much science fiction involved , because they have technology . They don't explain the technology , much like in Star Wars .
There is some aspects that you have to read the books to understand . This takes place like 10,000 years in the future or something like that . There's no AIs . There's no AIs . There's no computers because they had a war for some reason at one point in the past . They got rid of the AIs because there was a thing with that .
So everything is basically just like calculator-level technology , but they can still fly spacecrafts and whatnot . They just have to have people manning just about everything . But I mean , obviously the galaxy is far overpopulated .
So anyway , there's an empire and the empire dictates where the dukes , or the houses of people under the empire's service , emperor's service , live , houses of people under the Empire's service , emperor's service , live . And there's a planet called Arrakis which has got spice on it .
Spice is able to cure a lot of sicknesses , prolong life , and in this movie they say it's a fuel source for interstellar travel . I don't know if that was in the books or not , I can't remember , but people do want this . It's the most precious resource in the universe .
So they move a house off of it called House Harkonnen , and they're essentially the bad guys of the movie . They're evil , and the Baron , which is played by Stellan Skarsgård , is that .
Papa Skarsgård .
Yeah , he's this huge , gross dude that just abuses his power and takes it out on people . When he was on the planet as the Harkonnen house leader , he would kill off all the Fremen , which are the locals , and do whatever he could to own and maintain order in Arrakis .
What is it like Otto von Bismarck , just shooting peasants every day ?
Yeah , like it was pretty ruthless or whatever . But so , anyways , they kick him out . The emperor chooses the . What is her name ? Atreides ? Yeah , the Atreides , that family . And Oscar Isaac is Leto . Atreides the Duke , the guy in charge , his wife , well , not his wife . His concubine is what's her ?
name .
Rebecca Ferguson . She was in you , remember . She's in a mission impossible movies and then she's in uh , yeah she's in um that , uh , dr Sleep , the bad character with a top hat , um , um anyways , so she's , she's a Bene Gesserit , which is essentially a like .
They're kind of like witches , space witches and they have powers , like they have what's called the voice , where they can be like give me that drink , mind control . Yeah , and you'd be like give him the drink . So they're Jedi Kind of In a way . Yes , you know , but you have to do it . Like I said , this is 1965 .
This is way before Star Wars , before Star Wars , yeah .
So I mean , I think Lucas at some point even admitted that he shamelessly ripped off of Dune , Because they even say something like spice and stuff like that in Star Wars .
Yeah .
Well , anyways , the main character is Timothy Chalamet .
Chalamet .
And he plays Paul Atreides , and he being the son of a Bene Gesserit . Because Bene Gesserits are only supposed to have daughters , I guess they can choose what they want to have . I don't know .
She chose to have him and the reason being is that the Bene Gesserits are so in tune with the elements of the universe that they know when , basically , the Messiah is going to come , and she thinks that her son is going to be the Messiah , which is a word that I cannot remember for the life of me . It's like Quetzal something . What is that name ?
I don't know . It's some crazy sci-fi word .
Is this like actual build-up or is this like the Game of Thrones build-up with , like you know , the prince that was promised for eight , you know , ten years and nothing happened .
No , Pretty much . I don't want to spoil anything , but you can see where they're going with it by the end of the movie .
It's a better fleshed-out idea , oh yeah absolutely Okay , absolutely Okay , good it absolutely is .
I mean as far as there's no disappointment with what the plot is doing . But Paul has visions and he can see the universe in the future and he can see alternate universes in the now . So he can see like in that moment if this guy swings his sword a certain way , if he doesn't move he will be killed .
So he knows like to move and then his visions all change and stuff like that .
So he's cheating . Yeah , he's a hacker . Yeah , he's a hacker .
He's got wall hacks on him . And then you got Jason Momoa , which is Duncan Idaho , which is an interesting name and he's basically like a pilot . Then you have Josh Brolin , which is Gurney , and then you have Batista , Dave Batista . He plays Stellan Skarsgård's nephew . Did you ever watch the Old Dune with ?
Sting in it A long , long time ago .
Yeah , sting's character is Dave Batista's character . Yeah , they look just alike . That's a transition . Yeah , but you know they have some other people and zendaya is more or less the girl that paul has visions about . If you don't know anything about the books , you're gonna be like why was she in this movie to begin with ?
But you're , once you see the next movie it'll make sense um , but it's , it's good , it's . It's a . It's really beautifully shot .
If you liked the cinematography for blade runner 2049 , it's a lot like that these really sterile , long , uh wide shots where it's just like two-tone , contrasting colors and flat planes and then something in the background that you know it's , it's really well um shots . It's almost like everything is a portrait .
Very artful .
Yeah , I enjoyed it a lot . I enjoyed every minute of it . Hans Zimmer did the music . The music's good . I don't think it's his best , but I thought it was good for what it was . I don't think it was too distracting or anything like that . And yeah let's talk the numbers though . So $165 million budget , they've already made $236.1 million .
It's been out since October 22nd in America , the first week that it came out . They already announced part two is coming out , which is good , because if you saw it and didn't know how the rest of the stories went , then you'd be really confused . But next year or 2023 , will be when part two comes out . But it did really well .
It got 9.1 million downloads on HBO and I think it made over $50 million on its first week for America local domestic . So , yeah , it did really well . So I recommend it . I give it a 9 out of 10 . I think that there's a little long of a tooth .
You know , if you don't like sci-fi , if you like Game of Thrones , if you like Star Wars , you would like it . But if you liked Star Wars , you would like it . But if you wanted Star Wars to be a lot more serious , there you go . I think it's worth a watch and it's definitely more enjoyable than the book was . I read the book and it was a long read .
He's still reading it . Well , I mean I could I read the book that these movies will be about , but there's more books after that . Can't be bothered . So there you go . That's my review . Done my news Ridley Scott's doing a movie . Oh god , another . Yeah , back to back . Right after the Last Duel , he's got a movie coming out .
It's even more gritty , visceral and angry Dirty Than medieval violence . It's about Gucci , that's right . The purses , okay .
I saw this trailer too .
It's called House of Gucci . It's an upcoming epic biographical crime drama , so apparently Crime drama . It is . This is the premise as told by Wikipedia .
The film is set in Italy , spending three decades of love , betrayal , decadence and revenge , and it depicts the events and aftermath of the 1995 murder of Maurizio Gucci , italian businessman and head of the fashion house Gucci , by his ex-wife , patrizia Reggiani .
Those aren't real names , all right , so anyways , you didn't say it , right , you didn't do this with your hand like you're Italian . It's about a boopy .
Forget about it .
Lady Gaga plays Patrizia Reggiani .
She's making a lot of she is .
She's come a long way from her like dead eyed . You know , stars born . I can't act for anything . You know , I don't think she was a great actress in that one , but I've seen her more recent stuff . It's not bad . Adam Driver does Maurizio , the guy that gets murdered .
So I don't know if that's a cliffhanger or not , but I haven't watched the movie and Wikipedia told me they're just putting him in stuff . Now . I mean , these are real things .
He was in the last two . Also Scott's like oh , I like you . You should be in this other movie , this guy's great , it's just like this guy .

¶ Undead Comedy TV Show Review
It's got Drew Barrymoremore and timothy elephant it's about a zombie that eats people and have to try and mesh their normal , like world and society yeah , with zombies , yeah , so it's just like that bit at the end of shawn of the dead where , like they got like the zombies chained up and they're pushing grocery carts in the parking lot .
So basically , in this show , drew Barrymore , like in the first episode , she becomes a zombie . But they're not like your typical skin hanging off zombies . They look normal .
They won't use the word zombie . They keep saying undead . Yeah right , they just call them undead Because the first rule about zombie movies you can't say the Z word , can't say Zed , the Zed word .
Anyway , they have to try and find a way to make their life as normal as possible . While she's continuously wanting to eat people , she has a craving to go after people , but then they decide that oh well , if they've got to eat people , they should eat the bad people . So they go . Got to eat people , they should eat the bad people , so they go .
they try to fair they try to hunt down like not like modern day nazis you're you're on savory characters yeah swarthy people I mean the first person she murders is the worst person

oh yeah , yeah . Well , that that's uh what was it the fedex guy who lost my package ?

it's just like bam done .
They're both real estate agents . Well , this is a guy that comes into their real estate firm or whatever , and he's trying to take their stuff , their clients or whatever .
So they kill him , All right well , that's what he gets for barking up the wrong tree .
He's like overly forward , like trying to hit on her and stuff , and so she she kills him in their backyard , yeah , jesus . And then they spend the whole movie covering things up because they live in between a cop and a sheriff office deputy wow , location .
It's almost like slapstick , like how the causality of all this crazy stuff happens I miss slapstick on tv like this is probably as close as you'll get to like slapstick , you know
¶ (Cont.) Undead Comedy TV Show Review
for our generation now this was .
This was made by the director , mark Buckland , which he also made . My Name is Earl and he directed some of my Name is Earl and some of Scrubs and stuff like that . So the comedy reminds me a lot of my Name is Earl .
It's very fast-paced .
He does some Scrubs episodes . He sounds like good people .
A lot of quick one-liners .
If it was the last season of Scrubs he doesn't count . I don't know he should be eaten on the next episode .
But yeah , it's got little parts from Nathan Fillion , ethan Supley , which was the guy that played Frankie in Boy Meets World , the big guy he was on Remember the Titans and all that . Oh yeah , he's got a part . Andy richter plays some . You have joel mckell and thomas lennon , which he's the guy from reno 911 .
He plays the uh , the principal of their kid's school . So nice , there's a lot of a lot of people mixed in .
That gives good comedy I really like timothy oliphant . I think he's a super underrated actor and , uh , to see him kind of hit those comedic beats is he's yeah he's hilarious .
He's hitting them a lot better than he did in his Agent 47 .
Yeah , he was Agent 47 in the Hitman movie Was he in the Transformer movies .
No , he was in Die Hard 4 . Yeah , he was in that , but wasn't he the ?
He was also in the show Justified . I swear he was in Justified .
Was it Justified or was it Deadwood ? No , he was in .
Justified . Yeah , he was the main character in Justified , but wasn't he in Deadwood also ? He was also in the Girl Next Door movie , it's a great movie .
Oh , it's like that seedy weird guy with the leather blazer , yeah .
And I found out that actually , when they were getting ready to film this , they gave the script to Drew Barrymore because her character was written with her in mind . And she hated the director because she was trying to retire so she could focus on her family , but she really liked the script .
Yeah .
So she decided , you know , instead of retiring from acting for the time being , she decided to do it .
Yeah , work things around . What am I thinking of ? Who's the other guy that looks just like Timothy Olyphant ?
Good question I don't know , he's a doppelganger that's got to try and keep it hidden that she's a zombie or whatever , and basically it's them trying to live their life as normal as possible , but all these stupid things keep happening , to where they have to either hide this or hide the evidence from this person .
And stuff like that .
Just the fact that they try to make this seem as normal , like . The show tries to make this seem like this is a normal , everyday occurrence . Try to make this seem as normal . The show tries to make this seem like this is a normal , everyday occurrence .
We just have to deal with the zombie part . The only thing I don't like about the show is that the writing formula is extremely predictable . Every time they get to a resolution , they're going to leave a pin in a murder scene or somebody's going to leave their shoe at a murder scene or something who leaves his shoe exactly well .
But I can believe it because these aren't like some skilled people , these are just everyday people .
It's tastefully done , but it's like you know , like they're . They're the music and everything . The characters are like oh , my goodness , we made it . You're like no , you didn't I know something happened .
Nope , someone's about to get it .
Yeah , something's about to happen . That continues into season three that I watched just recently . Now the show's canceled , isn't it ?
Yeah , it finished it's . 2019 was the last season for it .
Did they like resolve the story or did they cancel it ? I ?
haven't seen the very end of season three yet . I'm like three episodes into season three , yeah , so .
Well , watched the first couple episodes a year or two ago and I was like , yeah , it's funny , but I didn't really care to carry on with it . But then when I was watching with you at work , I was like , okay , this is a lot more funny than I thought it was going to be .
So but I also found out looking through some information . All the all the times drew barrymore had to eat stuff . She's vegetarian yeah so everything was like made out of like the same stuff as gummy bears or some kind of shredded pasta that they fixed up or whatever . So it was pretty neat to see the things that they had made .
I always wondered what are the zombie guts and stuff like that ?
I've seen one thing where they'll take a hot dog casing or whatever .
Like the intestines of an animal .
