Self Love

How do we correct bad behavior? Is it in your nature or just learned behavior? Would you say negative things or beat yourself? How do you care for yourself? Looking out for your self and others? These things can be simple or insurmountable. Love yourself love others give to yourself and you can give to others with a healthy outward and inward environment. Realize it is soul dependent upon your inner welfare to see it in your external environment and lifestyle. It's really up to you and no one else will change your external environment but your inner work from self expression or more.
