In this teaching episode, I teach about the Defense System for each of the nine Types and share how the three parts of this system activate to keep us stuck in the patterns of our Type. The Defense System has a profound impact on our relationships, which is why I teach more on this topic in the virtual Enneagram & Relationship Workshop Series in October.
