In this episode, I share the coaching space with an Enneagram Six that has a desire to better navigate worry & fears that come up in relationships, but also that come up in life in general. We talk about how Type Sixes are naturally wired with a greater sensitivity towards potential threats and the invitation to view our fear-response to those threats with more self-compassion. In our coaching conversation, we also explore how to manage fear, worry, & anxiety - and that’s truly applicable for everyone, whether you’re an Enneagram Six or not.
