In this episode, I share the coaching space with an Enneagram Type 4 who is an English Teacher from Texas. Her intention for coaching was to shed light on the strengths of her Type and how to be more practical rather than idealistic in her work as a teacher. In our time together we talk about the gift of being emotionally attuned with themselves & others and how she sees that in her work. We also talk about the defense mechanism of Type 4’s - Introjection - and how that plays out in the feedback she receives from her coworkers.
