Ellen works for RSK Environment as an Associate Director, consulting business on environmental impact and responsibilities.   

Tired of her career in hospitality, Ellen wanted something more and found the construction industry a home where she feels that she is positively leaving a legacy for future generations by protecting our environment.   

In this episode, Ellen tells us how she ended up in construction and what she want to see happen in the future of the industry.   

We also hear about how Ellen is a keen golfer and how she started playing and the competitions she plays in.
