Marilyn McLeod worked closely with Marshall Goldsmith for 15 years, and Gary Ranker for 10 years, learning behind the scenes from world renowned coaches who specialize in stakeholder centered coaching. Besides being a coach herself, she is the publisher of "Celebrating Coaches Magazine" bringing the wisdom of coaches to other coaches and celebrating the coaching industry.
360 interviews and involving key stakeholders in the coaching process helps build teamwork and cohesion as team members have a way to express their wishes for greater team functionality. They learn simple behavioral skills that improve how other team members perceive them.
