In this week's episode I talk about my personal healing journey so far since the birth of my son in optimising my fertility, the things I have done, tried and tested, what hasn't worked, what I worry about, and what I wished I had done differently, as well as the things that I have been struggling with.
This is a very personal episode, and it was very therapeutic doing it, but also I feel quite vulnerable publishing it, as we are still TTC - I hope you find this helpful.
