Andrew Smith is the co-founder of ThinkUncommon. In his role, he helps brands solve problems and embark on transformational change. He's held a number of roles designing digital and physical customer journeys, frontline experiences, IT systems enhancements and transformation, channel capacity planning, retail strategy, store design and merchandising, sales planning, and customer experience, as well as behavioral economics and human behavioral focused design.
