Emunah Meditation #13 - Finding Your Holy Spark

It is easy for us to get upset at ourselves for our failings and shortcomings. Everyone makes mistakes and has areas of challenge. In this meditation we learn how to find the area of ourselves that is already perfected or evolved, both at a soul level and on an earthly level to being ourselves back to a healthy and inspired sense of self. Then we can hear God giving us encouragement and approval for who we are.
