Episode description
If the parties are going to settle a case then they both need to be confident that the matter has indeed been settled and will not be resurrected in some other form. Non disclosure agreements allow the employer and worker to resolve a dispute confidentially without going to a tribunal or court. Almost any settlement will include a confidentiality clause.
