You can take action today! Depending on your commitment level, there are multiple ways to achieve measurable reductions in WiFi radiation in your home. Whether you’re not quite ready to completely move away from WiFi or you want it gone from your home immediately, here are proven tactics for every situation.

Tuning Fork

Reduce WiFi Sources in Your Home

  1. Upgrade to a WiFi router that eliminates the continuous beacon signal and reduces radiation intensity during data transfers. These routers also offer features like adjustable transmission power and Eco modes, minimizing EMF emissions when not in use. Combine with items 2-4 below if desired.
  2. Unplugging your router when not in use, especially overnight, can significantly reduce your exposure to WiFi radiation. Even if you leave WiFi on during the day, turning it off while you sleep reduces exposure by around one-third, without costing anything. This simple step minimizes the constant emission of RF radiation from the router during times when internet access is not needed.
  3. A more convenient way to turn your WiFi on and off increases the chances you'll use it regularly, thus maximizing the reduction in EMF exposure. Cheap, easy, effective
  4. You can further reduce WiFi radiation exposure by turning off WiFi on your devices when you're not actively using them. This simple step lowers the amount of radiation your devices emit. Plus, it’s completely free—you just need to remember to do it!
  5. Purchase an adequate RF meter and learn the basics of RF hygiene through a one hour consult in order to locate other WiFi sources in your home.
  6. Reducing audio and video resolution can lower data usage by up to 50 times, significantly decreasing RF radiation emissions. This is because high-definition content, like 4K video (or high-res audio), requires much more bandwidth—up to 25 Mbps for 4K video compared to around 0.5 Mbps for 360p. The higher the resolution, the more data bursts occur, both in frequency and overall volume, leading to increased RF radiation. Lowering video or audio resolution is a simple, free and immediate way to reduce exposure.

Eliminate WiFi Sources in Your Home

  1. Go from wireless to wired computing, eliminating 100% of WiFi radiation from your router and your computer. Once installed, don’t forget to turn-off the WiFi on your device(s).
  2. Purchase an adequate RF meter and learn the basics of RF hygiene through a on

What an interesting week . Not only do we have a brand new puppy and it's been a while since we have had a brand new puppy , you kind of forget all the training and whatnot that goes along with that but not only do we have a brand new puppy , I'm going to read a paper that I wrote that has received in one week an order of magnitude .

That's 10 times more engagement than any paper I've ever written thus far , and that's in only one week . I'll tell you what guys . This one touched a nerve . This is resonating with people . So here's a little teaser . I'm going to play for you two similar sounds . One of these sounds is from today . The other was recorded during the Cold War .

So when I heard the modern sound , it transported me back in time to the Cold War period . When I heard the second sound , intriguing , right . Much to discuss . Guys , buckle up . This is a big one . I apologize for being a little bit late in my publication this week , but this podcast has a lot of moving parts to it .

We're going to be referencing other recorded materials from other interviews and whatnot . So , like I say , much to discuss , buckle up . Why is Wi-Fi so uniquely harmful ? Coming up Now , this is going to come as absolutely no surprise at all , but I loathe Wi-Fi . No , I don't love it , I loathe it .

I hate it For what it has stolen from my clients their health , peace , livelihoods and , arguably , their lives . I loathe it because it divides us , turning places of work , worship and dwelling into uninhabitable wastelands .

I loathe it for its insidious power to lure people unknowingly into a life forever marked by electrical sensitivity and for how it recruits the unaware , useful idiots into harming not only themselves but those around them , deepening the tragedy of this unseen force .

Why is Wi-Fi so often named as the cause of a shattering of health and vitality among my clients and fellow sufferers ? What exactly is it about Wi-Fi that seems so incompatible with life ? Why , despite the knowledge of harm , do we continue to accept and expect it everywhere ? And what are the solutions ?

Of course , in simplest terms , Wi-Fi exposure equates to radiofrequency radiation exposure . That's obvious . But the potential harm seems far out of proportion to what might be expected , given the measured intensity of exposure .

Transported by sound to the distant past , a familiar sound like a song or a voice can instantly transport you back to a moment long forgotten , bringing with it vivid memories and emotions . The first time I heard Wi-Fi , I was transported back to the 70s . I remembered that sound . Why , I wondered , am I hearing the Russian woodpecker ?

That's right , russian woodpecker On this radio frequency radiation meter ? As someone who suffered for decades from the reckless spread of harmful man-made radiofrequency radiation and helped many through their trials as well , I've developed a profound appreciation for the uniquely destructive force that we know as Wi-Fi .

Now , as you know , I'm not a professional scientist , a researcher , doctor I wouldn't want to be , but you know what I'm not without experience . So I want to share some of my thoughts on why I believe Wi-Fi is so uniquely harmful , and I believe there are at least four unique types of harm from Wi-Fi radiation exposure .

First of all , the radio frequency radiation exposure itself . Second , what I would call a multiplier effect , just from the pulse modulated RF carrying the data . Modulated RF carrying the data , the 10 Hz modulated extreme low frequency effect on the brain , disrupting natural rhythms and the Wi-Fi memory effect outside the brain , captured trauma within the body's tissues .

Rf radiation infare , the Moscow Embassy Affair Perhaps the first act of warfare using radiofrequency radiation was the so-called Moscow Embassy Affair , long before the woodpecker , which we'll discuss in a moment . First , I want to point out the depth and breadth of knowledge about causing harm with RF radiation that existed well before the woodpecker came into play .

Here's what happened in Moscow From the 1950s yeah , that's right . From the 1950s to the 1950s . Yeah , that's right . From the 1950s to the 70s , the US Embassy in Moscow was bombarded by low-level microwave RF radiation . Guess what folks ? It was below what is considered to be safe levels of exposure .

You got that Way back in the 50s and this became known as the Moscow Embassy Affair . At the end of the broadcast I'll tell you a book you can get to read more about it . This covert operation targeted embassy staff , exposing them to RF radiation at frequencies well below the thermal threshold . Yet the long-term effects were profound .

It raised alarms within US intelligence and spurned decades of research into the biological impacts of non-ionizing radiation , uncovering links to cognitive impairments , illness and psychological effects . The lesson from the Moscow embassy affair is clear .

The harmful potential of RF radiation has been known for over 70 years and the technology to exploit it has only become more sophisticated . Wi-fi and all the modern proliferation of Wi-Fi devices may seem benign , but the depth of what we know about the risks and what we choose to ignore runs far deeper than most realize .

Hearing Wi-Fi let's start with hearing Wi-Fi . When an RF meter has audio capability , it has a sound demodulation feature or audio output capability . This feature allows the meter to translate the detected RF signals into audible sound , helping users distinguish different RF sources based on the sound pattern emitted .

It's beneficial for identifying the nature of the RF signals , such as Wi-Fi , cell towers or other sources , through audio feedback . Now I'll explain what the Russian woodpecker is in a moment , but first here's an example of what I heard the first time I experienced through my meter's sound modulation feature .

That's the way you can hear RF radiation in your environment today , with a historical recording of the woodpecker from the so-called Cold War , and we'll discuss why the similarities in the sounds between the Wi-Fi and the woodpecker are significant in a moment . All right , so let's take a listen to the sound . Here we go .

I'm going to be playing for you two different recordings . The first is a modern recording what a Wi-Fi router sounds like . As heard through a modern radio frequency radiation meter . Wi-fi sounds like this . Now , the second recording is a historical recording from the time of the so-called Cold War .

It's a transmission from the former Soviet Union from a project they knew as Duga . It was nicknamed in the US as the Russian Woodpecker . So through a shortwave radio , duga or the Woodpecker sounds like this . Do you notice the similarity ? Now I'll play Wi-Fi , followed by the woodpecker . Once again , here's Wi-Fi and now the historical recording of the woodpecker .

All right , so we need to talk a little bit about what exactly is Wi-Fi ? Of course it's everywhere . You get a side order of Wi-Fi radiation with every cup of coffee at almost every coffee shop in the nation , with every cup of coffee at almost every coffee shop in the nation . It's in almost every business and home .

So the reasonable question to ask is where did it come from ? Our good old friends at the IEEE Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers , who supported and promoted the narrative that non-thermal effects are not scientifically substantiated and helped engineer the absurd SAR-based testing , were the same folks who enabled the introduction of Wi-Fi in 1997 .

The IEEE's 802.11 committee developed the initial standards for wireless local area networks , which paved the way for the commercial release of Wi-Fi . Despite ongoing concerns about potential non-thermal biological effects , the IEEE focused solely on thermal effects .

In its safety guidelines it asserts that as long as specific absorption rate or SAR levels remain below thresholds for tissue heating , wi-fi and similar technologies were safe . This stance has remained a cornerstone of wireless safety standards , shaping how devices are tested and regulated . Thanks , ieee .

With Wi-Fi , there are two separate modulated radiation emissions one for the beacon , which continuously projects RF radiation , and one for the data which projects additional RF radiation . The beacon , that hammering sound , the click , click , click , click . Some people describe it as a helicopter sound of a Wi-Fi's beacon .

It isn't the sound of data being sent from one device to another . That's in addition , on top of the constant hammering . The hammering is called a beacon , the beacon pulsing steadily at 10 impulses per second in the extreme low frequency range . It never stops . Second , in the extreme low frequency range , it never stops .

When you have Wi-Fi service , you're exposed not only to whatever the frequency of the radio frequency radiation , but also to this unique frequency of 10 hertz . So here's how that works Through pulse-width modulation . That's like turning on and off the fire hose of RF radiation .

A high-frequency RF emission can mimic a lower-frequency emission by controlling the duration of the pulses , creating an effect that simulates the behavior of the low frequency while maintaining the original high frequency carrier .

So , for example , a 2.4 GHz stream of RF radiation can be turned on and off at specific intervals , in this example , 10 times a second , generating both the 2.4 gigahertz carrier emission and a 10 hertz pulsed phenomenon that's that tap , tap , tap , tap that you're hearing Effectively embedding the lower frequency within the high frequency emission .

Did y'all know that such a thing was possible ? Here's the thing . From a technical standpoint , there's no need for the beacon For Wi-Fi to offer location-independent connectivity . That's all it does , by the way , freeing you from using a wire to connect your devices . It doesn't need the constant beacon to function .

The beacon creates an unnecessary and persistent exposure to radio frequency radiation of both the carrier frequency and the 10 Hz phenomenon . Why am I concerned about an ELF phenomenon at 10 Hz ?

Well , frequencies in the extreme low frequency or ELF range , especially around 10 Hz , can interact with biological systems and , in particular , brain waves , which naturally oscillate at a similar frequency , such as alpha waves . This raises concerns about potential neurological or physiological effects .

Unnecessary constant exposure to both the radiation from the beacon's carrier wave plus the embedded 10 Hz modulation . Check Data transmission . Wi-fi transmits data through modulated RF radiation in specific ISM bands . The radiation is emitted in bursts , with each burst containing encoded data packets .

As data is sent , both the router and receiving device emit radiation , while continuously exchanging additional radiation to verify packet integrity . This process results in an undulating emission of RF radiation from both devices throughout the communication session , regardless of data size or speed .

The highest exposures occur closest to the transmitting devices and the routers , but RF radiation permeates the entire environment , extending far beyond the transmission and reception points . Constant radiation emission from the beacon , additional radiation emission with a different modulation scheme . On data transfer .

Check as an important aside , high definition or HD multiplies these emissions dramatically , since HD content , like 4K video , requires significantly more bandwidth and frequent packet transfers . So , for example , a 360p video requires about one half of a megabit per second , while a 4K video can demand up to 25 megabits per second or more . That's a 50-fold increase .

This increased data throughput results in much more frequent and sustained bursts of RF radiation , significantly increasing emissions during streaming or high-definition activities . If you're still using wireless , you may want to turn down the video or audio resolution as an immediate method of reducing exposure .

About that woodpecker here is the official story on Duga , what Americans nickname the Russian woodpecker . In Russian , the word Duga means arc or curve , but in the electrical sense it specifically refers to an electrical arc describing the curved path of an electrical discharge between two points .

The Duga project , we are told , was a Soviet over-the-horizon radar system used during the Cold War that operated on a broad range of frequencies emitting RF radiation in a pulsed manner .

When demodulated on a short wave set where I first heard the sound by the way , in the 70s it sounded like a repetitive tapping noise 10 Hz that many could hear across the globe . When tuning into active frequencies , the phenomenon was dubbed the Russian woodpecker because of its sound .

The effect of Duga was pulse-modulated RF radiation projected over a variety of frequencies , primarily aimed at North America . The Duga radar system was massive , with its primary antenna stretching over 700 meters long and 150 meters tall , that's approaching two football fields high .

It operated at incredible power levels , arguably up to 10 megawatts , 10 million watts , and ironically I think one millionth of one watt is too much . The primary Duga antenna near Chernobyl stopped broadcasting in 1986 , the same year as the Chernobyl nuclear disaster . Some years later , the modern plague of Wi-Fi began to spread .

First hundreds , then thousands , then millions of smaller sources of 10 hertz pulse modulated radio frequency radiation had been traded for the single source from the big antennas Wi-Fi More RF than the woodpecker . But here's the thing the inverse square law , which tells us that radiation intensity decreases rapidly with distance , offers no comfort here .

While Duga's powerful signal diminished over long distances , the countless Wi-Fi routers and devices are right in our homes , workplaces and public spaces , mere feet or inches from our bodies . Each router's radiation may be lower in power than Duga , but it's much closer , meaning that exposure levels are much higher .

Instead of one distant , massive source , we now face an omnipresent web of close-range pulse-modulated RF radiation . The Internet of Things is madness , the madness of IoT . The Internet of Things will multiply this exposure exponentially .

With every new smart device , from refrigerators to light bulbs to security cameras , we introduce yet another source of 10 hertz pulse modulated radio frequency radiation into our environments . These devices , constantly connected and communicating , add to the already overwhelming burden of Wi-Fi , saturating our living spaces with radiation that is difficult to avoid .

Unlike the days of Duga , where one could move far away or find a sheltered space , the Internet of Things creates a situation where escape becomes much more difficult . Each device may emit at lower power , but the sheer number of sources , combined with their proximity , ensures the exposure is constant and cumulative . Potential cognitive effects of 10 Hz ELF exposure .

So what is my fascination with a 10 Hz signal embedded within the stream of RF radiation ? Entrainment , the reality of a frequency following effect . The human brain operates within a range of frequencies , with different brainwave states corresponding to specific activities .

The average state varies depending on what we're doing , but its default state is governed by the Schumann resonance , a natural frequency of around 7.83 Hz that the Earth's electromagnetic field generates . However , the brain can shift toward that frequency in the presence of a persistent 10 Hz signal .

The process of entrainment means that the brain , instead of maintaining its natural rhythm , follows the external signal . Over time , this can lead to a potentially significant disruption in brain function , as the constant exposure to Wi-Fi's 10 Hz pulses pushes the brain into an unnatural rhythm , overriding its connection to the Earth's natural frequency . So the brain ?

It's your only source of reference for reality , right ? If the brain itself is being altered ? If the brain itself is being altered , your perception of what's happening is also altered . It's like trying to judge the stability of a ship , for example , while standing on it in a rough sea . Your perspective is skewed .

This entrainment effect over time could create a state where you're more easily influenced , a suggestible state . In this state , the brain is more receptive to external input , whether it's media , marketing or even subconscious influences . With Wi-Fi and other sources of 10 hertz modulation becoming increasingly pervasive .

Becoming increasingly pervasive , these signals may be subtly altering how we think and respond , without us even realizing it .

We're talking about the possibility of mind control and I'm not talking about the Hollywood sense but in creating an internal state different from the natural state of consciousness , in which we're involuntarily shifted from our natural connection to the earth towards an unnatural , more suggestible rhythm .

This shift , brought about by constant exposure to the 10 Hz Wi-Fi beacon modulation , subtly alters our brain's natural rhythms . Instead of being attuned to the Schumann resonance , we're pulled into synchronization with a synthetic rhythm , a state of consciousness that feels normal but is actually disconnected from our natural state .

In this altered state , our thoughts , emotions and perceptions may be more easily influenced by the artificial environment around us as we become entrained to its frequencies .

Traumatic Memories Stored Outside the Brain theorizes that constant exposure to Wi-Fi's pulse signals , particularly its 10 Hz modulation , leaves a lasting imprint not just on the brain but throughout the body . This memory is thought to be stored in the structured water that makes up a significant portion of the body's tissues .

Structured water , believed to hold information and maintain coherence , could act as a medium for retaining artificial frequencies even after the radiation source is removed . In this theory , the body continues to resonate at the artificial 10 Hz frequency , much like an echo that persists long after the sound has stopped .

This could explain why some individuals continue to experience electromagnetic sensitivity or cognitive disruption symptoms , as the structured water in their bodies retains the influence of these synthetic rhythms , preventing a return to their natural state . This memory effect can affect even the tiny portion of the population with a home that prevents wireless trespass of Wi-Fi .

Even in meticulously shielded environments where Wi-Fi and other sources of RF radiation are kept out , the body may continue to resonate with artificial frequencies it was previously exposed to . The structured water throughout the body , which retains the memory of these frequencies , may cause lingering effects long after the initial exposure .

This means that even in environments free from ongoing wireless intrusion , individuals could still experience symptoms of electromagnetic sensitivity as their bodies hold onto the disruptive patterns embedded by previous Wi-Fi exposure . This phenomenon may explain why electromagnetic poisoning victims you can call them EHS if you want get stuck in a chronic state of dysautonomia .

Dysautonomia an autonomic nervous system dysfunction often involves an imbalance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches , commonly called the fight-or-flight and rest-and-digest responses . Constant exposure to pulse-modulated RF radiation like Wi-Fi may lock the body in a heightened sympathetic state , perpetuating a chronic fight-or-flight response .

Even after removing wireless radiation sources , the body continues to resonate with these artificial frequencies through the memory effect stored in its structured water . This prevents a return to the parasympathetic dominance where healing and recovery occur , trapping the individual in constant physiological stress .

This imbalance could explain why many EHS victims struggle to recover as their bodies remain wired for stress Long after the environmental exposure has been mitigated . The Tuning Fork Method a potential aid for recovery in RF exclusion zones . I'll just add parenthetically here that this is super exciting .

I have some people who have access to pristine living places and we've all been experimenting with the tuning fork . So far it looks pretty darn exciting . All right , continuing . For those who do have access to an RF exclusion zone , the tuning fork method by Dr Christophe Pl Flotte may help encourage your body to return to normal function more quickly .

I'm not promoting Tuning Fork use in general , nor the idea that your life will be fine if you continue living in a toxic environment with occasional exposure to the Tuning Fork . In a toxic environment with occasional exposure to the tuning fork . Instead , I'm suggesting that if you have access to an exclusion zone to recover .

You may want to try the fork as a potential aid in rebalancing your system . The tuning fork's ability to restore natural frequencies could assist in resetting your body's rhythms after prolonged exposure to pulse-modulated RF radiation , helping to accelerate the return .

You a segment of my interview with Dr Christophe Ploté where he's going to be talking about the tuning fork technique and a lot more than that . So clinical observations he's made , etc . So here comes a discussion . It's from a recent interview I had of Dr Christoph Ploté . Take a listen .

Speaker 2

I do see on a daily basis here in my practice things that I now correlate strongly with EMF exposure . Maybe I'll start with that . Yeah , and that's maybe something that all viewers can do themselves . You can just look in the mirror and you can stick out your tongue .

Try to do that and watch your tongue and if you've been exposed to EMF which 99.9% of all viewers will have during the day they will see a trembling of the tongue . They can't really hold the tongue still anymore , and this is because of the high activation of the central nervous system , because it's a cranial nerve that supplies actually the tongue .

So the more exposure to EMF you've had during the day , the more this tongue will be almost uncontrollable . If we're now at a place like yours , you stick out the tongue , look in the mirror . You can actually still see the tongue in a resting state . If you're in a city or if children come from school , sometimes their tongue is going like this .

Yeah , so that's the one thing I show people . If you want to assess quantitatively . I never did a study about it , but I hope one day we don't only have to rely on studies but also on clinical experience to look into certain topics , because otherwise it will take years and years . You know , the NTP study took 19 years to be finally over . We can't wait .

So that's why I'm putting this out here at the moment . This is a personal experience , it's like a personal observational study . And the second thing is that there is a scientist in Germany , professor von Klitzing .

He's in Berlin and he does experiments with putting people in a Faraday cage , so where no EMF interference from the inside or the outside can occur , and then activates a Wi-Fi router and then he looks at specific criteria .

He looks at an EEG brain function , at an EMG muscle tone , he looks at an ECG the heart , and he looks also at the circulation and he found not in all , and in some more in the heart and with others more in the brain , with others more in the muscle tone .

He found significant changes and sometimes even asystolic periods when he turned on the Wi-Fi router in the back of a few seconds , so the heart stopped beating for a few seconds . So he found all of this . He tried to publish it and he has been a renowned scientist who published in many very prestigious journals but nobody wanted to publish his work .

Prestigious journals but nobody wanted to publish his work . So he also coined the term a Wi-Fi memory effect , and this is the one thing that I find in practice every day .

So I put people on the couch supine and I'll ask them to have their knees in 90 degrees on the on the table , if you can imagine , and then I rotate the hip and in modern times , because of the increased muscle tone that people are experiencing , the average hip doesn't really rotate much more than 30 degrees , whilst it should be 80 to 90 degrees .

So this I'm treating professional athletes , soccer players and from other specialities in Germany I see this even in really really super fit athletes that they literally are stiff , yeah , so why am I correlating this to EMF and how can I convince people that actually they can correlate themselves that with it ? I use a tuning fork .

Yeah , if I can start me with that , so that's a tuning fork . Yeah , if I can start maybe with that , so that's a tuning fork . We tested , um , a lot of them . That's 136.1 hertz . So , um , the , the , the , the longer the uh , the deeper the frequency , the more effect .

It will have to break the resonance with the Wi-Fi router , the mobile phone that you might have used a few hours beforehand , because the Wi-Fi memory effect indicates that even if you've only been exposed to about 30 minutes with a Wi-Fi router , your cells might still vibrate in the 10 Hz frequency of the Wi-Fi router for up to two days .

He just put an oscilloscope , just saw the resonance with it , and this is one thing why I'm very adamant that nobody nowadays can escape the effects . I had a conversation today with somebody who lives during the night in a cage , has built a huge cage under his house and sleeps very , very well there , which I can understand .

But the thing is he still has to disconnect from the frequencies that he encountered during the day . So what we do ? We just get them . Yeah , I can put , maybe you can hear the frequency . So we put the frequency on the osseous structures , on the bones of the skull , on the chest chest bone .

We put them on the knees and on the ankles Anybody can do that and it's like shaking your system out of the resonance with the Wi-Fi or the mobile phone . We have children that fall asleep here in the practice because we have no mobile phones or no Wi-Fi . We have children that fall asleep here in the practice because we have no mobile phones or no Wi-Fi .

We have nothing and we ask all patients to turn off their mobile devices if they enter the practice . So people lie down there . And another symptom that people experience nowadays are these muscle twitches .

They're almost like fasciculations , what they call them in medical terms little switches that you see all over their body , and sometimes you have these people that have it with their eyes .

Then they get investigated for a tick In every school class nowadays I have at least five school kids that have these ticks , sometimes with their head or sometimes just with their eyes .

And if you do the tuning fork and you ask them a few measures that you so beautifully sum up what people can do in order to reduce their radiation at home , so I guess every viewer that watches this here knows about your activities .

Yeah , if you implement all of this and you are not unfortunate that somebody put a 5G tower just in front of your house or anything like it , then you're able to reduce all of these signs . So your tongue just remains very intact and doesn't fasciculate and doesn't tremble all the time .

You get very relaxed because your autonomic nervous system will react to that as well . It will really de-stress you . And the other thing is you can see it in the muscle tone . If you do that with a tuning fork , the children then will have all of a sudden 90 degree rotation of their hips again .

So that's one thing that helps a little bit to um to to convey the message that , yeah , there is an influence from an invisible , odorless , yet tasteless substance around them that's poisoning their body .

Speaker 1

Super interesting , right ? I'm trying this technique myself and I know others who live in pristine environments but spend time in the burn and are also trying it . Hey , let me know , by the way , if you try the tongue , you know diagnostic thing and you you can get to a pristine environment . And I'm just interested in hearing other people's experiences on this .

So I'll put uh , an affiliate link to a tuning fork , the . The tuning fork I found is just a company that I've dealt with in the past . If you can find one somewhere else , that's great . I think the frequency is what's important . So this method and access to an RF exclusion zone may provide additional benefits for resetting and recovering quickly .

This is not an endorsement for any and every use of tuning forks , just this specific idea potentially accelerating a return to normal upon return to a pristine environment . Pristine environment , social engineering . There is a social programming dimension to the normalization of personal and familial radiation exposures such as Wi-Fi .

That helps us understand how we got here . Please check out my Beyond Convenience , amusement and Stimulation . The blind adoption of Wi-Fi into our lives can be explained by a cultural and now deep-seated desire for convenience , amusement and stimulation , which pull us into a synthetic existence that undermines health and well-being that undermines health and well-being .

This unconscious expectation and surrender to the ideal of ubiquitous connectivity , which can only be delivered through RF , radiation-fueled wireless technology , disconnects us from the natural world , reinforcing harmful EMF exposures , while diverting us from meaningful , life-giving connections and experiences .

True transformation requires breaking free from these societal traps and mastering the mindset needed to prioritize natural life over synthetic life . Now two things to consider . I'm going to play here a segment of a recent interview that I had with Dave Stetzer . Dave traveled to the former Soviet Union and you're going to hear something amazing .

This is called All the Rats Died .

Speaker 4

The Russians did some research on rats , okay .

Speaker 1

Let's mention why we talk about the Russians . I mean , they were for the longest time the world leaders right In terms of understanding the synthetic radiation environment .

Speaker 4

Yeah , and they actually made weapons of this . But they did some research on rats and they exposed them to a carrier wave . And a carrier wave is a repetitive wave , a high-frequency wave , but it's repetitive , same all the time . Okay , if you take a crystal and you excite it , it puts out a certain frequency , but it's the same all the time .

Then if we modulate it or change it , we can change it at an audio rate , for example . We can get you know or fm radio station , for example . But okay , so they did this research on these rats and nothing seemed to happen . They go well , gee , we know this stuff is bad , so , but it really didn't have seemed to bother them .

So one guy said , well , why don't we go ? This stuff is bad . But it really didn't seem to bother them . So one guy said , well , why don't we go ahead and modulate the signal ? In other words , let's pulse that wave . And when they did , within three minutes all the rats were dead . They didn't even have time to make notes . Okay , so now .

Speaker 1

So did you catch that . Okay , so now ? So did you catch that ? Just the carrier wave , just the exposure to the projected emission , didn't seem to have an effect , at least not very quickly .

They modulated it , and once they modulated the signal , all the rats died within three minutes , so quickly , in fact , that the scientists didn't even have a chance to take notes . All right , so one other thing I would like you to consider , and this is from a recent interview as well . This is going to be with Patty Wood .

She's the executive director of Grassroots Environmental Education and they've come up with a number of projects . This is a subject of episode 100 , which was ceremonially devoted by me to the children . Of course , my 100th episode was special to me , so I wanted to do something very special with it . It was the interview with Patty .

They came up with the Baby Safe Project . What she's going to be discussing in this segment is talking about safe schools , keeping children safe from radio frequency radiation .

Speaker 5

This is not a small program with a small reach .

Speaker 1

This is a very large effort and I want you to take a listen to what she has to say about wireless emissions like Wi-Fi , in particular , in the school system in the United States .

We have worked with probably two dozen school districts , as well as private schools across the country to help them achieve this transition to a wired environment , and not a single one has actually done it . So we don't have a single school , private or public , in the United States that is not using wireless technology . In Canada there are a few , but not here .

Speaker 1

Let me just I have to jump in . This is such a national embarrassment .

Speaker 5

Yes , it is .

Speaker 1

Other nations are not radiating their children . Yes , it is . Other nations are not radiating their children , incredible , you know , in a country as big as the . United States . Given the great diversity of locations and people and interests and whatnot , wouldn't you expect at least one school to break ranks and not radiate their children ?

They're making this stuff illegal in other countries and yet we continue to expose our children . So I thought it was important to consider those two things . As you are listening to what I've presented in this podcast today and the paper that I wrote , solutions . Here's the thing . You can take action today , depending on your commitment level .

There are multiple ways to achieve measurable reductions in Wi-Fi radiation in your home . Whether you're not quite ready to completely move away from Wi-Fi , or you want it gone from your home , like right now , here are some proven tactics for every situation . So reduce Wi-Fi sources in your home . This is for people who are not ready for the divorce .

They think they still need it or they still want it in their home , for whatever reasons . Fine . Number one upgrade to a Wi-Fi router that eliminates the continuous beacon signal and reduces radiation intensity during data transfer .

These routers also offer features like adjustable transmission power , eco mode , minimizing EMF emissions when not in use , and you can combine this strategy with numbers 2 and 4 , which I'll talk about in a minute . If desired , I'll try to remember to put a link for that router in the discussion area .

Number two unplug your router when not in use , especially overnight . It can significantly . It will significantly reduce your exposure to Wi-Fi radiation , even if you leave Wi-Fi on during the day . Turning it off while you sleep reduces exposure by about a third without costing anything . This is free guys .

This simple step minimizes the constant emission of RF radiation from the router during times when internet access is not needed . Now a more convenient way to turn your Wi-Fi on and off is option three , and it is the remote control device available through Tech Wellness .

If you use this device , you can , from the other side of the room or from anywhere in your house , push a button and your wi-fi router goes on . When you're done , push the button again goes off . Cheap , easy , effective , 15 bucks . Number four you can further reduce Wi-Fi radiation exposure by turning off Wi-Fi on your devices when you're not actively using them .

This is really a key thing . If you turn off your router but not the Wi-Fi selection on your devices , you're still getting the Wi-Fi from your device , right . So this simple step lowers the amount of radiation your devices emit . Again , it's completely free . You just need to remember to do it .

Purchase an adequate RF meter this is number five and learn the basics of RF hygiene through a one-hour consult with me in order to locate other Wi-Fi sources in your home . Number six reducing audio and video resolution can lower data usage by up to 50 times , significantly decreasing RF radiation emissions .

This is because high-definition content , like 4K videos , or high-res audio requires much more bandwidth up to 25 megabits per second for 4K video , compared to around a half a megabit per second for a 360p . The higher the resolution , the more data bursts occur , both in frequency and overall volume , leading to increased RF radiation .

Lowering video or audio resolution is a simple , free and immediate way to reduce exposure . Now , if you're ready for the divorce , you don't want Wi-Fi in your life in your home at least . there are two options .

Number one , go from wireless to wired computing and I have a link there , and again it's Tech Wellness , and you can buy a kit and you can just replace the wireless router with one that's wired , eliminating 100% of Wi-Fi radiation from your router and your computer . Once it's installed , it's once and done .

Don't forget to turn off the Wi-Fi on your devices , but then you don't have to think about anything anymore in the future with regard to your router .

Or number two , purchase an adequate RF meter and learn the basics of RF hygiene through a one-hour consult , as I mentioned , in order to locate other Wi-Fi sources in your home , including so-called smart appliances .

And I've made an episode on that how arguably these Wi-Fi signals are being hidden from us and placed in our televisions , our refrigerators , our dishwashers , our stoves , etc . Last category in solutions eliminate or reduce Wi-Fi exposures from neighbors . One idea here set up a sleep sanctuary in your home , based on an RF shielded bed canopy .

I can coach you through the process of determining whether or not this strategy may work in your home . It may take several sessions , but here's how to start the process Contact me , schedule a one-hour consult and we'll get headed in that direction . So , in conclusion , wi-fi .

It's ubiquitous in modern life , saturating our homes , workplaces , public spaces with constant radiofrequency radiation . However , the harm it causes may extend far beyond the expected effects of measured RF intensity . So why is Wi-Fi so uniquely harmful ? At its core , wi-fi is more than just an RF emitter .

It introduces a complex set of additional stressors that amplify its impact . The continuous beacon signal , pulsing at 10 Hz , mimics the brainwave Frequencies that govern our natural rhythms , like alpha waves , raising concern about how this constant exposure could disrupt the brain's normal functioning .

In addition , the post-modulated nature of the RF transmission , carrying data , compounds the potential harm through a multiplier effect . That's my wording . These modulated emissions do not just affect the brain . They can leave an imprint on the body's tissue , creating lasting trauma stored in the structured water that composes much of the human body .

Unlike a single radiation source , today's Wi-Fi surrounds us from all sides , far closer to our bodies , making the risk of long-term exposure more dangerous . All these little Wi-Fi routers we have around are much worse than Duga guys .

The proliferation of Wi-Fi-enabled devices in the Internet of Things , or IoT , only worsens this problem , as each new device adds another layer of radiation to our already saturated environment . Unfortunately , many people useful idiots are actively and intentionally multiplying Wi-Fi emissions in their homes , unknowingly affecting the health of their families and their communities .

With Wi-Fi modulating at the same 10 Hz frequency embedded in its signals , our brainwaves may be altered in ways that lead to cognitive disruption , mood changes and even a greater susceptibility to influence . The effects of Wi-Fi are cumulative , and the more devices we surround ourselves with , the greater the risk .

While there are ways to shield oneself and recover , like creating true RF exclusion zones or using potential aids like tuning forks to help rebalance the body's rhythm , the best strategy is prevention . Reducing Wi-Fi exposure and recognizing its uniquely harmful nature is the first step towards reclaiming health and vitality in an increasingly wireless world .

Okay , so did I mention I've been wanting to write this paper for years , many years , paper for years , many years , and so I'm going to list for you some sources that I think will be helpful if you want to understand why I've come to these conclusions . So the DIA , the Defense Intelligence Agency , biological Effects from 1975 would be a good source .

Radiofrequency radiation neurological effect abstracts 2022 from the bio initiative report . The radiofrequency radiation research summary from the bio initiative report . Wi-fi is an important threat to Human Health by Dr Martin L Paul . Wi-fi Refugee Play to the Modern Day . Canary , shannon Rowan . Wi-fi Arguably Hidden in Modern Appliances . That's my own work from Substack .

The Zapping of America , paul Broder , is out of print . If you can find a copy , you should . You should read that . You'll learn how our ancestors protested vigorously about things like radar and you'll learn all about the story of the Moscow Embassy affair , as well as Duga Disconnect , a scientist's solution for safer technology by Dr Debra Davis .

So in particular , that exposes the flawed rationale promoted by the IEEE and others that non-thermal effects are not harmful . And , something very recent , improving fascia function for optimal health . Wise Traditions podcast number 493 with Alicia Celeste . Well , I hope this has been a blessing . I hope this has been a help for you .

So these are my thoughts on why , and I don't know . I don't know if I've captured all the potential different ways that Wi-Fi is harmful , but it gives us a lot to think about and I encourage you to do your own research on this and , if you need to , I'll understand if you want to re-listen to this , because there's a lot there . Keith Cutter emfremedycom .

See you next time .
