Dr. Tavara Johnson interviews Dr. Ayo Adenuga. Dr. Ayo is a public health physician, parenting expert, Teen coach and youth capacity building expert. She is the founder and executive director of Ace ParenTeen LLC. She has over 21 years of maternal and adolescent program implementation and leadership experience in USA and Sub-Saharan Africa. Dr. Ayo graduated from the University of Ibadan with a Medical Degree; Master of Public Health from the University of Lagos; and MBA University of Maryland, USA. She is a trainer with the John Maxell Leadership Certified Team.

With over 21 years of leadership and training experience, she empower adolescents and working parents to live healthier, more productive lives through customized programs, parenting and leadership courses. Dr. Ayo is a woman of faith, a wife, and a mother of three – two teenagers and one pre-teen. She’s passionate about serving others, building capacity, and inspiring positive change.
