132- Seasons in Business

No one tells you that business has both… seasons of growth + hard seasons where you need to recalibrate (where you’re NOT hitting $$ goals maybe). The “rough” seasons are way less fun, and if you’re not prepared they can take you down. But actually, I consider them a gift.
