Connecting with Your Higher Self - An automatic writing ritual

This writing ritual honors the Gemini new moon with a breath and body warm-up focusing on the Gemini body-rulerships (breath, arms, hands) and the connection to Gemini’s higher vibration which is the heart-centered guidance of Venus.

After the warm-up there are two prompts for automatic writing and connection with your higher self.

You’ll need:

• A clear and quiet space to practice for about 40 minutes
• Paper and something to write with
• An open mind
