Congress Debates If Nickelback Is Good

Discussing a bill on the House floor aimed at fixing voting, campaign finance, and ethics laws, Wisconsin Democrat Rep. Mark Pocan took a swipe at the world's most maligned band, arguing that those against H.R. 1 equal, "probably about the percent of people who think Nickelback is their favorite band in this country."' Rep. Rodney Davis from Illinois wasn't about to let his colleague from the other side of the aisle get away which such a statement, asking, how could he "criticize one of the greatest bands of the '90s?"
