Now neurolink has faced criticism from some employees who are Is that the company is mishandled animal testing in the past, some employees have accused the company of euthanizing animals unnecessarily and rushing surgeries to meet musk's deadlines, the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Transportation are investigating possible animal welfare and transportation regulation violations. By neurolink neurolink had hoped to receive FDA authorization for
human trials, by March 7th. But employees are not confident. They will receive it. Now, Elon Musk had previously stated that neurolink aimed to begin human trials by the end of 2020. But in a November 20, 22 presentation, he indicated that the company was still around six months away from trials despite setbacks neurolink remains committed to developing technology that can cure spinal,
cord, injuries and dementia. And the company has not yet responded to requests for comments on the FDA. Is denial of these allegations of Miss handling of animal testing. Now, another one of these concerns raised by the FDA, was that the implants tiny wires which are thinner than individual human hairs could migrate into the brain potentially causing
inflammation.
